Our role in the process
Gilroy RoofLeak is a referral service for homeowners seeking roofing help. We do not operate a roofing crew, inspect homes or set repair prices. Calls may be routed to independent providers, whose availability and services vary.
The provider you speak with is responsible for explaining their assessment, qualifications, proposed work and terms. You decide whether to schedule or hire them.
Why the guides begin with the homeowner’s question
A stain, a wet skylight corner and a leak after a patch can lead to different conversations. Our homeowner guides help you record the pattern and ask about the scope before deciding on work.
Useful observations
Where did the moisture first appear? When did it happen? What previous work is relevant? Those questions are more useful than a remote diagnosis.
Clear limits
General information cannot establish the source of a leak, a repair price or an insurance outcome for a particular property.
Make your own hiring checks
Ask for the contractor’s legal business name and verify the required license and insurance. Review the written scope, exclusions and payment terms. California Contractors State License Board’s hiring guidance can help you prepare.
Our service disclosure explains provider independence and how referrals work. For personal-information questions, see the privacy policy.
Start with the address and symptom
To ask about service, call with the Gilroy property address and a short description. Use the contact page for the phone number and a preparation checklist.
Questions homeowners ask
Clear answers before the callAre you the roofing contractor?
No. Gilroy RoofLeak offers homeowner referrals to independent providers.
Do you inspect the roof before referring a caller?
No. Roof assessment is handled by the independent provider.
Who is responsible for the repair agreement?
You and the contractor you choose agree on scope, pricing, scheduling and terms directly.
Are the people in the photos your employees?
No. Images are representative, and depicted people are models rather than listed contractors or identified staff.
Can the guides tell me which repair my roof needs?
No. They help you prepare questions and describe symptoms. They cannot replace an assessment.
Where can I read how calls and information are handled?
See the service disclosure and privacy policy, or use the privacy email listed on the contact page.
